Called NVC to notify change of address for fiancee in Russia but they said they already sent documents to Moscow and can not do anything about it because it is out of their hands. They said to call American Embassy in Moscow to change address. I called and they said to just email the new address to consulmo@state.gov and they will email me back that they had made the changes. I sent it but no reply back. So I sent it another 5 times. Still no reply back. Been trying to call them for a couple days now and can't get anyone to pick up the phone. I'm afraid they didn't get it and will send notification and appointment date to my fiancee's old address and we will just miss the boat.

Does anyone have any advice of what I should do?

Thank you in advance...

Did you wait about three days after sending the email?

You don't really need the documents they will send; you can print them all out from the Embassy website.

You will need a written notice of the scheduled interview date.

I think you will need the letter for the medical exam as well, do you still have access to your fiancee old address? This close to the interview you dont want to risk losing your day, rescheduling can push you back MINIMUM 2-3 months for another interview date

yes, i waited 3days to 2 weeks.

Yes, I went to this site also to look for those documents http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru and created a login account... but we don't see anything to print out.

You will need a written notice of the scheduled interview date.

So she should wait for this in the mail... or can we get this online?
