Hi!!! My husband and I sent my AoS package a few days ago. Everything went fine, until we started reading about the I 693. We didn't fill out that cause I was a k1 visa holder and I had my medical examination a few month ago. When I went to the Dr in my hometown back in February, I brought my vaccination record, but still, he had to put me AH1N1 vaccination wich I did not have by the moment and thAt was it. He gave me a copy of that record but he mark the option that It wasnt complete and I need a waiver etc etc. I asked him if I will need other vaccinations and he said no.

Now We are totally confused, I've been reading a lot of forums and topics about it and its not clear, some people said they didnt send anything and did not recieve a rfe, some people did recieve it...Im confused!

I send my vaccination record (the one is make and fill by the Dr) but No I-693. Should we be worry?

If you had all the required vaccinations at the time of your medical and they were marked off on your DS-3025, then no need to see a civil surgeon for the I-693. See this post: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/335754-ds-3025-complete-or-not/page__p__4971318#entry4971318
