can i send a personal check?

Apparently, you've neglected to study the guides here. The answer is there. Careful study of both the CR1 guide and the I-130 instructions will be critical to your ultimate success.

i did study the guide for I-130, just read it again and got the answer about personal checks are allowed.

can you please confirm that the only fees i have to send right now with the I-130 package is $420 only, nothing else. this information is not in the guide.

You are filing the I-130. Pay the fee. The guide does cover this, in that it mentions one fee. If there were more fees to file an I-130, they would be mentioned in the guide.

can i staple certain papers together in the application package, for example:

staple all the forms together

staple all the affidavits together

staple all the evidence together

OR

should i just put paper clips on everything and send it in that way?
