Lost luggage

I am so annoyed. The best part, when I was putting in a claim the woman says "So what was in your bag?"

My response........................"My f$cking patience, so you might want to find it".

Fast forward a few hours-NO LUGGAGE! I have been on the phone with this people all day.

Now I can leave USCIS alone & call US Air all day

Hmmm, US Air must not be very good with luggage. I flew my photographer (and friend) from Florida via US Air in December for our wedding. They lost her luggage ON BOTH LEGS. She was in Ottawa for the 1st 2 days in the same clothes... and then amazingly they lost her stuff on the way home too.

So I went to Boston for the weekend, had a great time what an amazing city-I recommend a trip to everyone if you ever get the chance. I am flying back to Philly, boarding the plane, and this US Air employee informs us that we can not take carry-on luggage onto the plane(apparently there was no room). I was not happy about it but what could I do?

When I arrived back in the States from Morocco... AirFrance lost my luggage... it circled the globe for almost 2 weeks! But, when it was returned - everything was there... including a letter of apology.
