It's no secret that scat related subjects are not allowed neither would be speech which puts a positive light on Pedo activity.

I think your problem is you expect other countries version of Democracy to mirror your version.

Might be interesting to see if there is anything in their Constitution to prohibit such a law, clearly ours doesn't hinder us from doing the same thing.

The problem here is in the definition of “propaganda of **-sexuality” or how someone can measure “the moral, spiritual and physical health of the nation.” Similarly in your example, how would you define "puts a positive light on Pedo activity"? A documentary on pedophiles that interviews convicted offenders about their condition? How about the movie Little Children in which one of the main characters was a pedophile? Does that promote pedophilia?

Then there's who makes these judgements. Could you do it? If not you, then who? Can it even be done?

We even warn people about unprotected sex, but those in the gay community (Men) suffer a number of problems at much higher rates to them due to their activity. If Ukraine has a national health care system, don't they have a right maybe responsibility to prevent the spread of this lifestyle?

Certainly there are some people who are 100% homosexual, but the truth is there are people of all degrees of "orientation", why not protect the resources of the healthcare system just like you might for smoking?

As I have pointed out, every country censers what it finds objectionable.... nothing new here.

IN this country we do have a bit of propaganda going on concerning Gay images in media, they are almost always a positive influence .... even where the inclusion seems a bit out of place to the story.

Can you name me a recent movie or show where a gay person was depicted as a molester, a spouse beater or pervert, I can name you an unlimited number of movies where Catholic Preists are portrayed like that.

Name for me a few movies where somone who did not like the gay lifestyle and was potrayed as a normal likable character? Typically this guy is the AZZhole or by the end he "gets his mind right" and sees the light

It's propaganda pure and simple and I suspect law makers over there are trying to stop this stuff from being imported.

There can be gay characters it's just their roll can't glorify or be used to propagate positive image of homosexuality

if viewed by minors.

They see homosexuality as a reality of life but one that should not be encouraged especially with flattering propaganda.

What is intriguing is that the Ukrane seems to possess none of the above to preserve, to begin with.

I have dealt with businessmen and politicians in the Ukraine for many years and they are notorious for soliciting and accepting bribes, have little regards for the heritage of their country when it comes to money, and are utterly remiss with the health of their own people.

Having said that, they are a sovereign nation, for better or worse.

Maybe they need tho have their own stonewall moment, in order to come out of the dark ages.
