Do you have sole custody?

Is the dad on the birth cert?

In most countries, you need written permission from the dad to remove the child from the country, or a court order, but it does depend on your country's laws.

I live in Africa,

I don't have sole custody(in our country custody only exist for

the parents who adopt a child),

and his father does not accept the child, I don't even were he is.

To get a prrecise answer, we'd need to know the country you are from in Africa, or even better, email the embassy to ask, but I would think since he is not on the birthcert and not in the child's life, there should be no issues.
