Getting Vax records in Ireland?

In terms of the vaccinations, unless the beneficiary has a very god reason some vaccinations cannot be done (such as she is pregnant), as the others have said they will need to be done; a waiver to not have to do vaccination will set you back time wise, and that is the last thing you want, especially as there is no guarantee of approval. If you are just worried because there are no vaccination records, you could speed things up by starting to get the vaccines now.

Do you know of a way to get vaccination records in Ireland if your childhood family doctor is no longer around? My fiance isn't sure from where to request a transcript.

Two options: if someone took over the practise or there was a designated successor, contact them, they may have the medical records. Also contact the healthboard for the area your fiance lived in as a child, they may have records.

We seem to be in a similar situation. The family doctor retired and there seems to be no records of vaccinations. I am assuming my spouse will need to get them all again if we are unable to locate the records?
