Hello

iam afraid that the answer is no.

I shld have rec a reply on the 07/13 (my 5 mth mark) and when my fiance is calling vermont centre they are saying that he shld call back and back and back and back again as they are behind and they cannot confirm when we will have an answer.

I know to well how frustating it is but what r we going to do? We need to wait and see.

Keep positive...:) good luck

Xso

It's tough right now, I'm into 5 mos and 2 weeks, and the January folks have waited way longer than that. Try not to fret (to use a term from my southern upbringing star_smile.gif). It's so difficult right now, but I'd mentally prepare for 6 months and if you get it earlier, than it will come as a nice surprise. No one has any answers or control as to how fast VSC processes. There is no magic wand or path which will make yours go any faster. CSC is processing fast right now and that's just the way it is. I try not to even read the threads that say NOA2!!!!! because I can bet with about 99% accuracy that they come from CSC which depresses me. Try, if possible to focus on getting your finances in order, a creative project, your family, or anything else than can keep your mind active and off the frustration of watching the clock. Best of luck to you and everyone reading this. We've earned it!

My thoughts are, we will all go crazy if we look at processing times. When it comes down to it, I believe it really comes down to what country the person is from, how many like names there are during a back ground check. If you think about it, they do background checks on every application, if you have someone from America with the name Tom Smith, think how many Tom Smiths there are, now take a 3rd world country like Mexico and search for someone with the last name Martinez and with the lack of technology in this country, it is going to take time to narrow the search down. Just my 2 cents. I am happy that there are one 3 people in the US with my name, I hope I am just as lucky with my Fiance.

We have a lot in common - my NOA1 date is 3/1, touched on 3/5 (check cashed I guess). Our baby will be 1 year old this week, and has never met his daddy, who is in Mexico. Too far & too expensive for me to travel from NJ.

I hope both our baby daddies are home for good soon.

M

Good luck to you!! Good luck to all of us!!

My baby knows his daddy because i go to mexico once a week or every 2 weeks!! And its not safe in there plus the trip is hard for here she doesnt like being alone in the back of my car :(

Im desperate becuse i want him to help me economically he does not get paid a lot in there is like i am a single mom taking care of bills and my baby needs!!

When I first setup the timeline here, it was helpful to see the date range for expected NOA2. Having that to look forward to, as opposed to just waiting, made it a little easier. Those dates in June came and went, however, and now the timeline just shifts a day every day. Checking processing stats here (based on user entered timeline data, of course) indicates that the VSC is working on I129F's with NOA1 date of 2/4. Since ours was 2/1, I feel skipped over, to be honest. I know... chin up, it will happen. Just needed to express myself to people who could relate.

I can sympathize with you. My expected date was originally July 17th. Now it's September 1st. Very discouraging, but we can't really do anything about it.

Hi!!

We recieved our NOA2 after almost 6 months. And I've been checking other VJ Users and that is the time that VSC have us waiting for now. So keep waiting and I know is not easy, but it will come.
