You have a minimum wait of at least one more month the way things are going at VSC and your timeline says the same. Don't sweat it you did the bulk of the waiting already :)

Sent I-129 Application to VSC 2/1/12
NOA1 2/8/12
RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

but you know thinking about it its harder to wait knowing your visa can come any day now then actually waiting for the 5 months to be over. i got sad when VSC fell behind because i was hoping the packet would arrive here in turkey and me and my fiance can experience the joy together but i dont think its going to happen. but atleat he will be married and officially living together soon. but it will suck having to leave him soon!

Personally I'm hoping Vermont restores our faith by upping their game, so to speak; that the Jan and Feb filers get a beautiful surprise all of a sudden! That would then give us Marchies some hope :)

It's tough right now, I'm into 5 mos and 2 weeks, and the January folks have waited way longer than that. Try not to fret (to use a term from my southern upbringing star_smile.gif). It's so difficult right now, but I'd mentally prepare for 6 months and if you get it earlier, than it will come as a nice surprise. No one has any answers or control as to how fast VSC processes. There is no magic wand or path which will make yours go any faster. CSC is processing fast right now and that's just the way it is. I try not to even read the threads that say NOA2!!!!! because I can bet with about 99% accuracy that they come from CSC which depresses me. Try, if possible to focus on getting your finances in order, a creative project, your family, or anything else than can keep your mind active and off the frustration of watching the clock. Best of luck to you and everyone reading this. We've earned it!

We have a lot in common - my NOA1 date is 3/1, touched on 3/5 (check cashed I guess). Our baby will be 1 year old this week, and has never met his daddy, who is in Mexico. Too far & too expensive for me to travel from NJ.

I hope both our baby daddies are home for good soon.

Despise the fact you are just about one month away, it is sad hard to know you child hasn't met his dad. Is a bond and a feeling that it unexplainable, especially when they are still little like that they like to feel that warm of the parent. Sorry you're going through this, But it's not in our hand to get those darn NOA2. God willingly all will work out well for those who are still waiting..

Our application NOA1 was Jan 9th. It went to VSC. We got our NOA 2 on May 25th, but our Packet 3 got misplaced by them after that and we weren't able to turn that in till July 12th. We just got our interview date for 3rd week of August. From what I read, there is a lot of delay at VSC now because they got really slammed with apps in January.

Keep praying! It will happen soon.
