Good evening everyone,

i have a question about the issue of visa to join my husband in

america

we filed the record on 07 decembre2012

we got the * Approval * in 14th may 2012,,,,, the 1st july They Are Asked to papers like

birth certificate

.......

........................

i have all sent last week,

I just want to know * what's next? * And When They Can Call for interview?.

Once NVC has received payments for Affidavit of Support (AOS) and Immigration Visa (IV) processing fees, then they will be ready to review your all provided documents in AOS and IV package. Typically they review each package in one week from the date they have received in their office. Call NVC everyday to know the status update on your document review. FYI, NVC won't send any notification on case complete. They send an email notification only when there is checklist or interview date assigned. Once your case is complete at NVC, it will be placed in a queue to schedule the first appointment available in foreign consulate.

Does NVC send an email out accepting the AOS and the IV package? or I should be calling to verify it has been accepted?
