American Men Not Loyal?

I found my husband was calling his ex wife and watching porn streaming video online while am back home. For me, i never call any man since i married him coz when i decided to marry him it means that i close the door for all of the man in the world. I only belong to him wether in front or behind him.

Is it true that most of American men not loyal?

The US us a culture where porn is freely available and the culture prises men for how many babies he can put in how many bellies. This has caused a great deal of the population to feel they are justified in playing around. Do all men do this , NO do a large number , YES.

You may not like what he has done, and you can certainly tell him so and demand that he stop, but in American culture, what he did (unless he talked intimately to the ex) is acceptable to most (not all!) people.

Talking to the ex is often neccessary if there are kids in common, or even a shared circle of friendship. If the break-up was amicable, they may still be friendly aquaintances; I have my ex circled on G+, and occasionally send him an email when I see a funny photo he'd like etc, or he emailed me when he has news of former common friends.

Porn is quite common in the USA- and indeed most Western cultures. I do not like it, so I understand how you feel, and I am fortunate in that my husband does not watch it. But many men do, and that does not mean they will cheat on you- they are loyal to you in the flesh, but like to fantasiese, especially while you are so far away.

You have two separate issues, at least I think if the underline and is really an and not a while.

1) I don't speak to my Ex Wife (and I share 4 children with the Cretin) by choice. I think most Men that speak to their Exs do it for the sake of the children. Those that are talking to the Exs and not because of Kids are doing a disservice to their current Spouse. I say to them to go and make new friends and not be friends with people they used to stoop. So find out why your Spouse is still speaking to his Ex. If no kids involved you need to let him know that it is not a mild annoyance but a staunch unacceptable. This is easy.

2)Watching porn is a great American past time. In 2007 it was estimated to be a $12billion industry, they didn't make that money by not being in the mainstream. The truth is most Americans watch porn and your Husband included. Now is he watching decent (if there is such a thing in your acceptables) or is he watching stuff that bothers on child porn, bestiality, violent porn, bondage or other squirmy stuff? I think soft porn is okay but between consenting Spouses, it may even help foster connectivity between couples. So since you don't like him watching porn then talk to him about it and decide together.

You need to choose your battles carefully though. On the face value this doesn't sound so bad to me. Had you said he was going to happy hour with the next door neighbors Wife, or your finding remnants of opium in the house then that is another story entirely.

I wish that my Fiancee would have a chance to live together with me and learn all my habits before she packs up and move here, but that is the curse of us non VWP people.

Good luck but so far you haven't shown that your Husband is not loyal to you.

I agree with you Crashed..... and this thing that porn is the mainstream and common with USA men. I don't know where that comes from because it has no part of my life. Maybe I am blind and naive.

I told him already that i dont like what he did coz he doesnt have any kid with that ex and i told him that he could watch the porn thing but not deal with the real person. He was calling one of the porn player, that is my problem. Why the thing that he only watch must be brought to real life?
