yes and my case was sent to VSC this morning!!!! so keep hope dip sticks.. yours reached Chicago just a few days after me!!!!

i honestly NOW think and believe that those 3 whole months that my case was NOT viewable online slowed us down tremendously!!!!! i hate this!!!! and noone at USCIS will listen they keep saying everything is normal!!!

At least there seems to be some movement on the straggler cases that got left behind in prior months..... Still doesn't quite explain why we still have people from march and april waiting...

AGGGGGGGGG im loosing it. I changed my address and even after i got letters 2 of confirmation for the change of address for both the 130 and 129 F i checked my status and I got this

Current Status:

Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office on October 26, 2006. To update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Mind you that this is the second time they send me something and it is undeliverable. I dont know why!!!!!! Last time they sent me something was in Aug and that too was sent back. Then I called and I called to ask what it was and they said that they would do a non deliverable inquery......and that id have to wait 30days to find out what it was. I waited the days out and they send it again it is now OCT 27 and they sent it again and AGAIN they say its undeliverable. This is rubuish how can what ever it is that they are trying to send me now arrive but I do get the stupid letters that confirm my change of address?????

For any one out there thinking about changing your address.....dont do it.

umm did u happen to get ur mail forwarded form ur old address to the new one?? that way . u would still get it! u know? what do u think it is that they keep sending u????

I have no idea. Its really stressing. Yes I did have the address fowarded to a new address. i dont know what the hold up is. Its so stupid beacuse about a month ago I got 2 letters one for each of my petitions saying that they now have my new addresss. Then on the 22 I had a touch.....today I log in again and the status has changed saying that on the 26 of Oct something was returned undeliverable. I really want to pull my hair out. Calling ISCIS was of no help because they said that they are not showing any thing returned on the 27. Then they said to check with my local post office. #######??? What in the world would I tell the post office If I already fowarded the address. AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGg Stressing. Also they said that they dont know what thoes papers were. The same thing happened to my notice of action it was returned undeliverable... well at least I think it was my notice of action. My lawyer did get her copy but nothing ever arrived to my adress. Now I wonder if they tried to send it again and this happened. I hope thats what it is and not a request for more evidence. Would the stauts online say that they sent out and RFE? If this is the case and it keeps on getting returned how will i never know. Maybe my case is stalled because they need more evidence and I have no idea. Also when they escalated my call the immigration person I talked ot said that my addresss was correct on both forms. Just to wait and call back in to weeks to see if their system has been updated.

.... now Im wondering what it is that they want from you!!! .. i mean. i think they would know if they needed a RFE from you.. and they would def know if you were approved.... thats odd.. because if it was sent out on the.. 22nd or whatever.. and it was sent back to them.. it had to be mailed out quite a while before the 22nd.. to get through the whole postal service and then get back ot them as undeliverable...

hopefully everything turns out OK in the next week or so.. but.. thats still.. more waiting

Add us to your list of pending K3s. We have NOA1 of 8/18/2006 with no touches since 8/26. Our CR-1 is moving along just fine. It's a race to see which gets to the US Embassy first. Taking bets here...hahaha.
