So you mean you got 2 RFE for the same reason.

Cause I am getting worried if they don't accept copies of my 1040 and 2555, they will not denied my application but send me another RFE?

It sounds like what you sent was fine. I didn't mean to freak you out as I think my situation of 2 RFEs for a nonexistent tax related document was rare and hopefully a fluke that hasn't happened to anyone else. I just wanted to mention it in case you get a similar "dimwit".

Could you tell me how long did you wait to get a sign after they got your RFE response.

I am still at reviewing your response for RFE.

Is it a good sign or not?

If they denied or ask for another RFE is it fast ??

I don't remember if it said anything when I checked the case online. It was a few years ago and I think the categories were less specific then and we never signed up for online updates. I believe we got the 2nd RFE very soon after the 1st one, like within 2 weeks and then we were approved about a month later. All in all it only took about 4 months from filing to greencard but that was at a time when CSC was moving pretty fast.

If you don't hear anything it's probably a good sign and they have resumed processing your case. When you receive your EAD/AP card you'll know everything is back on process.
