Tomorrow I'm going to get the form i-864 from our joint sponsor. What documents will she need? Is her tax returns, a copy of her birth certificate/us passport, and copy of recent pay stubs enough? Thank you!

go to www.uscis.gov and click on the forms tab top left side of page...from there you will scroll ALL the way down to I-864 then click on the link for it. At that screen, you will have the option to download the form, and the instructions. Choose the instructions. From there, READ them. you will get ALL the 100% correct answers you need from there!

If you can get just Tax Transcripts from IRS (you can order on-line), you need not to submit W2's and 1099's.

How important to provide job letter? Job letter means offer/joining letter or you meant something else?

Also, which one we should calculate the household income, current year's gross salary?

My wife doesn't have sufficient income last year but this year's salary is above 125% of poverty guidelines.
