hey my dear i see on the side a I864 form , Is that my sponsor must also complete it

Your fiance is the primary sponsor and will fill out an I-134. The co-sponsor will fill out their own separate I-134. They both need to provide their 2011 tax transcript, letter from employer and a few of their most recent pay stubs. The co-sponsor also needs to send proof of being a US citizen or legal permanent resident by including a copy of their birth certificate, naturalization, bio page from their US passport or front and back copy of green card. The co-sponsor needs to make enough to cover their own household size plus the beneficiary at 125% of the poverty level or greater: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

The I-864 will be used later after you are in the US, married and filing for adjustment of status.

people got it all wrong here, only your co-sponsor completes form i-134, petitioner and benificiery dont need to complete this form

This is completely incorrect unless you are going through London.

well this is what written on ukraine embassy website. Petitioners may submit a notarized Affidavit of Support form I-134 if they wish. http://ukraine.usembassy.gov/fiancee-step4.html. So its not needed

Ukraine != Haiti

Each embassy/consulate can be a very different experience as to what's needed/not needed.

Please stop "correcting" people with misinformation. The OP was given the correct answer for their specific question. Your misinformation is only confusing things.

Almost all the consulates ask for the I-134, and if using a co-sponsor, the petitioner and the co-sponsor both need to provide an I-134 and the supporting documents I listed above. I am not sure why you added in the beneficiary, since of course the beneficiary does not provide an affidavit of support. No one mentioned they did. They asked if the petitioner needed to also provide an I-134 and if the co-sponsor needed the I-864 instead. The only consulate I know of that does not also require the I-134 and financials from the petitioner when using a co-sponsor is London. The misinformation you are handing out in this thread is not relevant to what they asked nor is it correct.

The instructions for Ukraine in the link you sort of posted state that a notarized I-134 appears to not be required. What is expected is another thing. You should check in your regional forum to know exactly what is needed when going through the consulate there. The instructions for the Ukraine state that showing only the I-134 without proof of finances is not sufficient. Whether or not you can just give them the financial proof without an I-134 perhaps might be specific to the Ukraine consulate. All consulates have different requirements and processes. Never give out an answer for your own consulate as if it is gospel across-the-board for all consulates.
