GUy's please help me I am so confused.is it one seminar or two? saan pupunta?

www.cfo.gov.ph/ one session either have passport and visa to get sticker or return after receiving your passport back

I think it is 2, but 1 right after the other on same day. My wife had the seminar, then a short break, then a different seminar on culture and customs of the USA.

CFO is around 600 pesos, Lead time - We went to CFO after USEM interview on the same day, we arrived around lunch time (We went to PRISM location,not as crowded and easier to deal with) and took care fo the CFO same day. wow....2 hours at CFO....sounds great! My wife was 6 hours, but not prism (the other one). ....and I sat outside in the blazing heat for 6 hours waiting for her. She told me she couldn't pay attention to the seminar because she feel worried for me waiting outside.

thanks guys for the infos. but where is it located thE PRISM? THANKS MUCH!

it's located in Taft avenue,BDO building.there's a building construction going on next to it,it's

near in de la salle university.if you attend the morning session be there at least 8a.m. after that

you can go to CFO in Pres.Quirino Ave.,corner Osmena highway,you can take pedicab it's pretty near.

that if you have your visa in your passport then they will give you the sticker.bring valid ID, guidance counseling

is 250peso,150 for the guide book,and the sticker 400 peso.

about your data summary check on your packet i'm not sure for F2A category,for K1 we don't have it.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

Required documents & "OTHER DOCUMENTS" they ask for at CFO: copies of; CENOMAR, certified birth certificate, bio page of passport, visa page from passport, pictures together, from USC - bio page of passport, birth certificate, divorce decree (if been married before) are the most common. The "other documents" clause can be ANYTHING with those nit-wits at CFO.

** From the Family Code of the Philippines: it's 21-25 years old for advice and 18-21 years old for consent.

Art. 14. In case either or both of the contracting parties, not having been emancipated by a previous marriage, are between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one, they shall, in addition to the requirements of the preceding articles, exhibit to the local civil registrar, the consent to their marriage of their father, mother, surviving parent or guardian, or persons having legal charge of them, in the order mentioned. Such consent shall be manifested in writing by the interested party, who personally appears before the proper local civil registrar, or in the form of an affidavit made in the presence of two witnesses and attested before any official authorized by law to administer oaths. The personal manifestation shall be recorded in both applications for marriage license, and the affidavit, if one is executed instead, shall be attached to said applications. (61a)

Art. 15. Any contracting party between the age of twenty-one and twenty-five shall be obliged to ask their parents or guardian for advice upon the intended marriage. If they do not obtain such advice, or if it be unfavorable, the marriage license shall not be issued till after three months following the completion of the publication of the application therefor.A sworn statement by the contracting parties to the effect that such advice has been sought,together with the written advice given, if any, shall be attached to the application for marriage license. Should the parents or guardian refuse to give any advice, this fact shall be stated in the sworn statement.

PRISM does not conduct GCP anymore. Their last day was July 13. If you have your visa go to CFO office to have the seminar and sticker. They only have 12 slots a day, first come, first serve

St. Mary's will still conduct GCP's til September 25 but after the seminar you have to go to CFO office to get your sticker. So if you have your visa on hand, it's better to go to CFO office. :)
