Oh hunni you don't cry. You don't want another NOA2. These are petitions that were denied and got sent back reapproved and now going back to embassy. Add what another year to this saga. No crying we are doing good. Heck I just got perky now.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh....ok. Thank you. sorry about my ignorance. Did NVC receive your case today?

me along with alot of other filers from have hit the 6 months mark waiting to get our K1 petition approved. now, we all pretty much in the same process. only difference is that some people cases goes

I have been through the process three times in the last 6 years. First for my wife, then her father, and now her mother. NOA2 approval Jun 08 at CSC. Got the case number over a week ago and just go

MIA! Fer real now! Dont they send them securely with tracking numbers? I mean, really! They should be able to track such important documents, I aint playing anymore, not when others dated after me are being received! As if, NVC!

Seems like USCIS is all caught up with there back long and are approving cases faster than NVC CAN HANDLE.

Seems like NVC is getting K1's out of there quickly. Man people all after my approval received, case#'s, case closed. This was someone apporved July 3. Good God we are still in July. Its been 26 days and not even a we recived now wait 20 days. I would be fine I just want to know the case got there.

04/1/2012 - NOA1 Received

06/25/2012 - NOA2 Received (88 Days)

NVC:

07/31/2012 - Case arrived at NVC (36 Days from USCIS to NVC)

08/16/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave e-mail addresses

08/18/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032

08/23/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID

08/27/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/24/2012 - AOS Package sent

08/XX/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

08/23/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/28/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID

08/30/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/28/2012 - IV Package sent

09/07/2012 - REF Forgot bar code cover sheet in AOS packet

07/07/2014- Called my Congressman to check on progress.

07/08/2014- Got a call back from Congressman aid "USCIS is working on it".

07/09/2014- Got email from USCIS that my address change had gone through. I never requested an address change. Call Congressman and USCIS. Was an error an no address change...

07/10/2014- Received email from USCIS. We are approved again. I think the call to my Congressman helped.

08/04/2014- Application received from USCIS and forwarded to Kyiv.

08/19/2014- Interview Sept.19,2014

09/19/2014- Interview Approved.

So UKRAINE too :)I am waiting for NVC to give me interview date. Oh and I waited for 2 months for USCIS to send my case to NVC and get the case number. So just wait.

I am with you guys. Got mine June 25 and still not at NVC. I will call every day.

Our approval was on the June 23. All they keep telling me is the file arrived on July 9th and Ishould wait 20 business days for an update.... I'm hoping it's just a summer slow down...

Today I see an IR-1/CR-1 couple with NOA2 date July 16. They already doing the NVC process (submitting documents). I have NOA2 date June 19 (almost 1 month earlier). I am still waiting....thank you NVC.

Well reading all this don't give me so much hope. :huh:

I got my NOA2 on 7/18 :D

So, I'm calling the NVC now just to see what the say. My NAO2 did say to allow 30 days for the NVC to process my case. BUT, here's hoping to be one of those "lucky one's". :innocent:

BUt I rather doubt it. Seeing that I got mine way after you all did. Expect the worse and hope for the best, right? :blink:

I finally gave in and sent copy of the approval letter to the nvcresearch. It's scary to think that its 27 days and no word. Goodness. Hard to plan life and future like this. :(
