Starting to get pissed at NVC!!!

As of yesterday it's been 3 MONTHS since NOA2, so NVC was processing our papers for 3 months already! NOA2 as of April 24th. And...still no interview date or saying case complete! I am very upset with them.

For real?! Here I am with a NOA 2 of 14 days & I'm already feeling edgy!

I called last night, this was the information I was able to get...reapproved petitions like mine, travel alone. First time petitions travel together. They could not give me a date that they are currently processing...really nothing new. Was sort of hoping for more. Oh well, I guess I just need to accept that it wont be this summer after all.

I was told that it can take up to 35 days to get case number. Go figure that. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

26 days since NOA2. Unreal and still no Case Received. For real people.

It is just so dissapointing for all of us because we were thinking that after our petition is approved everything will go fast from there. And previously this was very true, but now we hit a brick wall at the NVC. As Dwheels put it....."LOGJAMMED"!

I got re-approved 2nd NOA2 was 07/19 & last touch was 07/20.

Actually, if I dont get case complete at NVC until September....that would give me a November interview date. Our consulate is booked for almost 2 months ahead.

June 15 for me, still not received...

We have already gone to our first interview and denied, thus the reapproval and 2nd NOA2. Still stuck at NVC, just like the rest of you...

Oh hunni you don't cry. You don't want another NOA2. These are petitions that were denied and got sent back reapproved and now going back to embassy. Add what another year to this saga. No crying we are doing good. Heck I just got perky now.

I called NVC today and they said they received our petition on July 23th, and our NOA2 was dated July 18th. They said to give it another 10-15 business days before they assign a case number.
