since you sent another one hopefully they will reply you on that just give it some more time okay

Keep calling to know if they have it yet

I thought they always send an email stating that they have received it???.......... I got an email though

Ohhh....maybe they do. We did not receive that email, nor did we receive an email about case complete.

me along with alot of other filers from have hit the 6 months mark waiting to get our K1 petition approved. now, we all pretty much in the same process. only difference is that some people cases goes

I have been through the process three times in the last 6 years. First for my wife, then her father, and now her mother. NOA2 approval Jun 08 at CSC. Got the case number over a week ago and just go

I am very happy for...and yes, a little jealous of...

A couple with the exact same NOA2 date as me and the exact same NVC receive date as me...

She just arrived in Colorado, USA this morning. (we still don't have interview date)

I read all these posts and can relate to so many of your feelings 120%%%!!!! There is nothing you can do. Everything will happen when it is supposed to and no amount of sadness, frustration, etc is going to help so live life and be happy. This journey sucks...take it from me as it has taken 364 days from NOA1 to interview/approval. SUCKS and most I know who have traveled down this road wouldn't do it again. Go relax, have a drink, take a bath, etc. Clean, We don't know all this stuff when we fall in love but like everything else/choices in life, it's a package deal. Hang in...rest will follow when it will.

This is already my 2nd time through the process.....once on a k-1, and now on a CR-1.

.....and if I had to start over again.....I would definately go through the process again.

Got my first REF today. I forgot to put the Bar Code cover sheet in the AOS packet. Thought it might get by with the case number on the top of each page. Oh well I will mail them Saturday. :bonk:

USCIS:

03/29/2012 - I-130 Sent

04/1/2012 - NOA1 Received

06/25/2012 - NOA2 Received (88 Days)

NVC:

07/31/2012 - Case arrived at NVC (36 Days from USCIS to NVC)

08/16/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave e-mail addresses

08/18/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032

08/23/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID

08/27/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/24/2012 - AOS Package sent

08/XX/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

08/23/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/28/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID

08/30/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/28/2012 - IV Package sent

09/07/2012 - REF Forgot bar code cover sheet in AOS packet

09/08/2012 - Mailed REF will be there Monday Sept.10th

09/25/2012 - Case Complete

10/30/2012 - Medical in Kyiv....All good

08/23/2013- Talked to USCIS the application is back at USCIS and "might" review it by December.....

08/23/2013- Pissed off.

03/14/2014- Recivied notice from USCIS. Reply due 04/16/14

04/12/2014- Reply mailed 300+ pages.

04/23/2014- Reply from USCIS they received the packet.

07/07/2014- Called my Congressman to check on progress.

07/08/2014- Got a call back from Congressman aid "USCIS is working on it".

07/09/2014- Got email from USCIS that my address change had gone through. I never requested an address change. Call Congressman and USCIS. Was an error an no address change...

07/10/2014- Received email from USCIS. We are approved again. I think the call to my Congressman helped.

08/04/2014- Application received from USCIS and forwarded to Kyiv.

08/19/2014- Interview Sept.19,2014

09/19/2014- Interview Approved.

Knew I did it....had to wait for REF to make sure I got it right. At least I know they are looking at it. They just got it on Sept. 4th.

Way to be so fast on that. So now you get to wait. I should have all IV BILL Documents by friday than they will have 9/17 so maybe by end of that week I will have case close. AOS should be accepted this week.

I never, never thought we would spend substantially more time at NVC than we did at USCIS.

Everbody always saying on here..."Once you finish at USCIS, then everything goes fast".

All I can say to that is "Ha!".
