Starting to get pissed at NVC!!!

i think a movie can be made from the comments of memebrs on this site. sometimes am so happy and then realise nothing is happening. It really requires lots of patience

me along with alot of other filers from have hit the 6 months mark waiting to get our K1 petition approved. now, we all pretty much in the same process. only difference is that some people cases goes

I have been through the process three times in the last 6 years. First for my wife, then her father, and now her mother. NOA2 approval Jun 08 at CSC. Got the case number over a week ago and just go

cant sign in getting a database error, dont know whether its a good or bad sign.......

David have you been able to sign in lately?

Thats normal....Try back in a little while. Everybody is experiencing that now.

Winnie sorry I think I broke it. So excited to finally get invoiced. Paid than clicked on the bar-coded cover sheet and it printed Now I get Data error also. Sorry ya'll :blush:

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

I am surprised to hear that you are able to print you cover sheet before it show "paid".

Maybe you will fly right through the NVC process.

Did you receive an email about your DS-3032???

Keep strong guys. It seems we're all on the same boat roaring against the might NVC river. I just got my IV information disapear, which means that is comming up.

Yes, just keep your oars moving to battle against the NVC river. Eventually we will all flow out into the delta of our perspective consulates. :thumbs:

I just prepare my mind that my wife will be with me to celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ. That way my hopes are not set to high.

yep...will be soon now....hurray :thumbs:

The thing that worries me is they will say...."consulate is full, must wait another month at NVC".

Hey Debbie....NVC does not send notice that the DS-3032 has been accepted, anyway they didn't for me or my wife. I had to call and ask if our "choice of agent" had been accepted.

I meant email for rejected or checklist or whatever they do. I mean how hard can it be they are accepteing everybody elses now. It's like its "oh its that Debbie pwrson you know the one that case was lost for a month well make her wait that dasterdly 15 to 20 days. Good grief.

Lets see :pop:

1. 31 days from CSC to NVC

2. 17 days to get case number

3. 8 days to get AOS invoiced

4. 2 days to get Paid (it was a weekend they get props for that)

5. its day 13 since DS-3032 sent NOTHING!

Goodness the USCIS stage only took 102 days for goodness sake.

I thought they always send an email stating that they have received it???.......... I got an email though
