Starting to get pissed at NVC!!!

I am like so done. Maybe I'll just wait on the postal mail that comes to tell me I have a case number. This is starting to effect my health and my marriage. So I will either be in hospital or divorce court by the time I get case complete or is that even a case#. So sad.:crying: :crying:

I just replied to a k-1er.....They got NOA2 on August 7 and got case number today August 14.....Why do we have to wait so long...?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

me along with alot of other filers from have hit the 6 months mark waiting to get our K1 petition approved. now, we all pretty much in the same process. only difference is that some people cases goes

I have been through the process three times in the last 6 years. First for my wife, then her father, and now her mother. NOA2 approval Jun 08 at CSC. Got the case number over a week ago and just go

Did you call them today Debbie???.....This must be the day you receive the case number....

Yep 3 times and got 3 different received dates. Tomorrow is the 10th business day. So I won't even bother anymore today.

This is wearing me out mentally. :(

Hahahah...now that's funny! Postal mail? I haven't even got any postal mail and I'm case complete. Oh, but Divine did get his DS-3032 three weeks after everything was already submitted and I had case complete! WTH???

Today is the day for the case number....they can't deny you anymore.

Awww thank you. I swear I feel like checking out logging off, unplugging and climbing under my covers. My husband says he scared how I am changing and how this is affecting me> goodness all I want is a case#. Don't tey want my money? hehe

Abbey said that my file is their data is being entered (yeah whatever that means in their world) and to wait 2 to 4 weeks and I will get an email instructing me what are my next steps. Like huh never heard that one before.

06/25/2012 - NOA2 Received (88 Days)

NVC:

07/31/2012 - Case arrived at NVC (36 Days from USCIS to NVC)

08/16/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave e-mail addresses

08/18/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032

08/23/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID

08/27/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/24/2012 - AOS Package sent

08/XX/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

08/23/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/28/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID

08/30/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/28/2012 - IV Package sent

09/07/2012 - REF Forgot bar code cover sheet in AOS packet

09/08/2012 - Mailed REF will be there Monday Sept.10th

08/23/2013- Talked to USCIS the application is back at USCIS and "might" review it by December.....

08/23/2013- Pissed off.

03/14/2014- Recivied notice from USCIS. Reply due 04/16/14

04/12/2014- Reply mailed 300+ pages.

04/23/2014- Reply from USCIS they received the packet.

07/07/2014- Called my Congressman to check on progress.

07/08/2014- Got a call back from Congressman aid "USCIS is working on it".

07/09/2014- Got email from USCIS that my address change had gone through. I never requested an address change. Call Congressman and USCIS. Was an error an no address change...

07/10/2014- Received email from USCIS. We are approved again. I think the call to my Congressman helped.

08/04/2014- Application received from USCIS and forwarded to Kyiv.

08/19/2014- Interview Sept.19,2014

09/19/2014- Interview Approved.

I told the one lady they need to make up their mind. Her and her "u have to give us up to 20 business days". Lord to day is business day 10 this is way past getting on my nerves.

My bad I thought I updated but when I heard what is Beneficiaries name I knew and all knowledge left me. When I got off phone I literally had my phone in my hand and was llike who do I call. Your name was the first on my mind. And my workmate says "so you already called your husband", I was like "dang husband yep thats who gets to know first, LOL". hehe

Somebody PLEASE answer me this question.

So why does a K-1 visa get sent to the consulate right away and can set their visa app. appointment?

While a CR-1 must sit and wait at NVC, while the K-1ers are taking the appointment slots????
