So, if your case is not at NVC on friday....then what will happen next???

Well for me I am back in that 15 business day queue. Even though they say 30 to 60 days it may take to get to NVC. Well today is 32 days and I haven't even left flippin CSC. What good is an NOA2.

They need to get your petition to the NVC now. This is becoming so ridiculous....

NVC is funny. Just for kicks I called just to see what they would say time frame for my case#. The guy goes let me get my chart out. And also gave me a different receipt date. Now its 7/30. Lol

Well his chart says case # assign in 10 to 20 business days.

I ain't mad at um. Just funny. So let's see I will start calling monday. I'll give them 2 days off.

Yea I feel you. We received our NOA2 on June 28. No one from the USCIS or NVC can give us any info. All they know is that they havent received it yet. Theyre drivin us crazy!!!

I think you need to call and ask for tier 2......demand to know where your petition is.

Everyday my recieve date changes. And today for the first time I get the "you must give us 20 BUSINESS days to input your case so we can get you a case#". I just don't get people who have arrived within the first 3 weeks of July appoved after me and alrady are done at NVC and here I am 35 days later and no case# because I just arrived. It's so unfair.

And I mean unfair to us all. Not just me. Just feeling stuck at the docks watching all the other ships launch off. Edited by dwheels76
