Hi guys,

we just got married and now the journey to apply for AOS has started.

Does my husband need to fill out the G-325A too or just me?

Where is the visa number in my k-1 visa stamp? Is it the control number on top right?

We make just ONE money order for I-485 form and biometrics? One money order for each fee?

Thanks for now,

Cam & Ellie

You can combine the total money in a single money order if possible or two money order with total of 1,070 U.S Dollar which is the biometric fee and the I-485 fee

You only need to fill the G-325A. And as for the visa number im not sure but i know you will need the USCIS Allien number which is also on your approved I-129F pertition. it start with letter A" you can also find it on your K1 visa.

For the K-1 the visa number is the RED number on the visa. For us the only place to find the A# was on the petition approval notice (NOA2) right above the beneficiary's name and it started with an "A" followed by 9 numbers in 3 groups of 3. Our A# was not on the visa or the I-94, only on the NOA2. I just worte a single check for the $1070 fee--less chance of one getting lost or misplaced.

Good luck,

Dave
