The VJ members are just a small portion of the people filing. Plus, there are many who sign up on VJ, but then abandon the site so there's no updated information.

Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012



Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Also many times those approvals seem to come in a batch late at night. MOndays and fridays seem to be the big nights for sending approvals. But also I pray they sent everybody they have to NVC to help out. They need help for real they said on phone today they are working overtime because they are so backlogged. Government working overtime. WOW :help:

thats makes me even more excited. today is frida

I got my text at 12:29am friday night to say update has been made 2 secs later my phone dings that I got email and there it ws. I cried. So shall you. At least when you get to NVC you won't have weeeks and weeks. Today is my 15th business day and it still hasn't arrived. The 1st operator I gopt said they are very beyond. Than someone else reported on another thread they said they are so backlogged they are working overtime. 6 weeks to 2 months is not cool at NVC. So yes hopefully things are going to pick up this weekend and next week good news for us all.

i have seen NOA1 submitted April 30, and have approvals. Mine was april 6. so i should be hopeful atleast they are approving cases past my date. i guess am getting bonus for my fees paid. hahaha

Some people get processed faster than others, they aren't really done in order unfortunately. :(

Estimate that it will take 5 months and if it happens earlier it will be a pleasant surprise. :)

I hope you have been making room for those shoes! :P
