ANDREA,

GREAT NEWS I GOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CIUDAD JUAREZ JUST CONFIRMED ME THAT THEY SENT PACKET 3 ON NOVEMBER 3. STRANGE.....THEY ONLY TOLD ME ONCE.

I ALSO ASKED ON THE BANAMEX FEE THING......

THE PROBLEM THAT THEY SEE IS THAT THEY WANT TO GET PAID EXACTLY 131 USD, BUT IF OUR LOVED ONES PAY IN THEIR CITIES OTHER THAN CIUDAD JUAREZ....THEN THE DOLLAR, YOU KNOW, CHANGES GOES UP OR DOWN AND THEY WILL REQUIRE US TO GO BACK TO THAT SPECIFIC BRANCH AND COMPENSATE THE DIFFERENCE....THAT IS WHY IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT WE MAKE THE PAYMENT IN JUAREZ THE DAY OF THE INTERVIEW, ETC.

I GUESS I WILL STILL MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR EITHER ARRIVING ON SUNDAY OR ARRIVING ON TUESDAY...B/C OF THE FLIGHT AVAIALABILITY PROBLEM.

THANKS AND I HOPE THIS HELPS

Congratulations!!!

Wouldn't the exchange rate be the same for each Banamex. I was going to have my SO pay it on Saturday the 14, which is only a difference of 3 days. I wonder if it matters.

But, just to be safe it would be better for us to pay it in Ciudad Juarez, since the kpacket instructions specifically says that

All K1, K2, K3 and K4 visa applicants should pay USD$131.00 visa fee at any

Banamex Bank in Ciudad Juarez, Chih., Mexico before they attend their interview

at this Consulate.

I rather spend an extra day, than having to go back to a specific bank in another location/city to correct things out.

Which DS156K Form are you using for Juarez Andrea?

The one from the website says that form expires in 05/31/2004

There is one from the state.gov website that is the current version, but it does not have the Ciudad Juarez seal. It does expire in 09/30/2010

Let me know

Thanks Genny.

Are paper clips and staples ok to use?

I know Im doing stapling.

Btw, what are you providing for the financial support? I have a letter from the bank (date account opened, average balance, current balance) I am also printing out 1 year of statements...thats most of it, I think. I am also providing tax information (W2s, etc), pay stubs, letter from my employer, insurance quote, life insurance information.

For evidence of relationship, I am providing photos, phone calls, emails, fligths, receipts, and others.

Do you recommend printing out what we sent to USCIS? I129F, etc?

take care

Ernesto,

I am using both staples and paper clips, but I have no idea if we can use them I hope so.

I am using a co-sponsor since I'm a full time student so for myself I am taking:

I-134, letter from part time employer, bank deposits (since I get paid in cash), a letter from my school saying I'm a full time student, 08 tax transcript and 08 tax return

For my co-sponsor I am taking:

I-134, letter from employer, pay stubs, tax transcripts for 08,07,06 and tax return copy for 08, birth cert,

I am not doing bank statements since I have read you don't need them if you met the poverty guides, but I know it doesn't hurt to take them.

As evidence I have a lot:

I'm taking photos, my cell phone bills, his land line bills, emails, messenger logs, receipts, cards he sent me, cards my mom sent me while in Mexico, our lease contract for the home we rented when I was in Mexico, Letters from family members (I know they usually don't look at these, but what the heck it doesn't hurt), and some other stuff I can't remember

As far as the I-129F when I did it I made exact copy so I have that and some of the evidence I mentioned comes from the petition. Since I already have all the paper work I am throwing it in there, but I have not hard of anyone being asked for it.

We will be arriving on Sunday November 15th. We have the Holiday inn express reserved now.

I am now working on the paperwork and everything....I am glad the letter came in with her right name (First Name + Fathers Last Name + Mothers Last)

You will probably get yours this week too.

If not, ask for it a the window.
