Juarez Consulate

I think I am going to get my Congresswomen involved. I called NVC again and they told me Juarez has sent out packet three. I told them that Juarez informed me on Friday that packet 3 still hasn't been sent out and it could take up to two more weeks for them to send it out. The lady said they have the system updated as packet 3 being sent out and she also said that Juarez failed to note my account for the call on Friday. The lady at NVC said every time I call NVC or Juarez the call is logged. I am hoping my Congresswomen can get a straight answer, because I need to start making plane and hotel reservations.

That is a very good idea. I am getting a little desperate here too. I will call NVC this Friday, then I will call Ciudad Juarez on Thursday of next week so that if everything checks out....then we can make reservations for November 16th Week..

If I still not hear anything from them........then I will probably do the same. Juarez told me 10 weeks, so we have 3 more weeks roughly (more or less).....I am just waiting for God to make things his way...then I will be patient...maybe God doesn't want us to go over there just yet for a very good reason..

ok so I just returned to the hotel after leaving Luis at the Consulate. He entered within 2 minutes...very fast. We could not go yesterday as we had to go to the bank first to pay for the visa. It was very crowded as the day before was a holiday. We got there early and we finished fas, but they didn't open until 9:00. We got to the Consulate at 9:30, but there was way too many people. It was okay though...we spent some time going over everything again and just relaxed.

Now I am very nervous I just have to wait here until he comes back. Poor thing was so nervous last night and this morning. I have never seen him this way so it kind of freaked me out. He is the calm and strong one in this relationship.

I may venture out to the mall just to keep my mind occupied for the time being.

Most of the people that I have talked to arond the hotel are here with set appointments for various things. I have yet to meet anyone for the same type of visa that we are here for. Everyone around here is basically in the same mood....anxious, nervous, and basically quiet.

How did you entered his First Name + Father's Last Name + Mother's Last Name on all of your paperwork? like on 129 F, G325, and how did the consulate sent you the letter with his info like this?

Congratulations!

That is the same news I got last Friday NVC told me that Juarez sent out my invitation October 29th, but Juarez said a different sorry so I don't know. I called NVC again just to confirm and they are still singing the same tune that Juarez has sent out packet 3. Juarez is the one saying they haven't, but I will call today to confirm for a second time and if they say NVC is lying then I will get my congresswomen involved.

I am making plans for the 16th as well. Are you flying in?
