8. Otro truco que utilizaron fue preguntar.... tu novio es de Mss but is not so i answer not he is from...Michigan.

Can you ask how she got it the same day? Maybe if you ask for it nicely :)

i walked to the consulate to go inside and ask them, and they said I have to wait until morning to go to the information window.

Has the consulate not sent it or has DHL not picked it up or what? I want to get the hell out of here. I'm sure they'll say, it hasn't been 3 days yet....blah blah blah.

But I have to admit I am SUPER jealous. I called DOS today and they told me Juarez still hasn't received my paper work yet. I was like #######. I knew they had so I wasn't worried. I called a second time to DOS and a nicer lady told me Juarez was still processing my case. I wish I had an invitation letter too. UGGGGHHHHH :crying:

Chinman,

As you know Roberto waited from getting his visa approved on Friday until yesterday afternoon before DHL received his visa. DHL told him it was the consulate. Roberto called non-stop and actually physically went to DHL every day (except Sunday). They did update the website tracking right away when it was ready for pick up. He had already called them a moment before they updated the website and was on route when I got the message from DHL on my blackberry.

I hope you do get out of there soon! Hang tough, maybe it will be just one more day.

Good luck though and have patience (i know, we dont have it anymore)

Take care,

Ernesto

Why do you guys think that when I called Ciudad Juarez.....they guy told me that the letter would be sent to my gf in mexico. He said that the system was showing that......so does that mean I will not get one here in the U.S.? I told him that the mail in Mexico is sloooooooow and he didnt seem to care or know.

Thanks everyone,
