I forgot to ask my questions,

On the I-134 for question 11 what did you guys put. The question asks, That I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3.

I know it's been asked a lot and some put, intend while others put do not intend. The example forms state to put N/A (K1 visa process for permanent residence). KK, what did your fiance put? I'm thinking of putting what it says on the example form, but I don't want the people at CDJ to think that I do not intend to support my fiance.

THanks

Well I filled out the I-134 and I put "N/A (K1 visa for permanent residence)"

Remember they don't require the I-134 so it's not really a big deal IMO - it's just a lot easier to use that form.

BTW, can you get a lower price on Mexicana by booking in advance? When I checked dates further down the road, the prices definitely dropped.

Well Ladie I am getting the big day this week. I just spoke to my honey and he is packing. He leaves for CDj tomorrow (Monday). He is sad that I cannot be with him tomorrow, but unfornately I was not able to get off work until Wedesday. I tell him he needs to be a big boy and do this first part on his own. I reviwing my copies of all the paperwork, hoping I didn't make any errors along the way. Either way, I am tired and ready for this to be over. Thank you ALL for the words of encouragement and prayers. You are truly appreciated. As I promised before, I will keep you posted... Keep the positive thoughts and prayers  God bless!!

hi kit kat i have a question about an employment letter, im a manager do you think that i should offer my fiancee a job and show it as evidence?????

I wouldn't do that. You need a letter from your employer to prove that YOU can meet the public charge provision - she doesn't need to have a job yet because she doesn't have authorization to work.

UCLA Cutie - I would definitely block out any and all account numbers - too many unscroupulous people out there so I wouldn't risk it. (I blocked out everything on my credit statements when I provided them as part of my evidence - account number, other irrelevant charges, etc.) You cannot be too careful!

Lucy, GOOD LUCK - keep us posted!!!

When Oliver takes pictures to his interview, will it be ok if he takes three regular pictures of us and then the rest printed out from my computer? All of our pictures are on an SD card from my camera. Plus we were going to take more the day before his interview so if my family goes with they interviewer can see they are there too.

Pictures are pictures - no problem. Plus, he probably won't even have to show them.

What all do they look at? I bought a file folder and I'm just filling with everything from this whole process incase they want to see any of it. Also, I bought his ticket today so he will be going to his interview Dec. 15th for sure! :)

It's hard to know what they might ask for - they didn't ask my fiance for anything. But it's a good idea for him to be prepared with everything just in case. If he gets a crabby interviewer who doesn't believe the validity of the relationship (DON'T WORRY - just an example scenario) he'll be prepared with photos and evidence.

Great news that you bought the ticket and that the date is set!!!
