Is it just me or is the nvc payment site not working for everyone??? I FINALLY get invoiced for my IV bill and been trying to pay it since last night as soon as I select the fee and click PAY SELECTED FEES en error comes up as if the internet lost service and cant open the page...Ive tried on EVERY internet type, google chrome, moxzilla, safari, internet explorer NOTHING WORKS ive been waiting what seems forever to get this invoice noww i cant pay it im going to looseeee itttt :crying: :crying:

Sorry to hear that this is happening. Have you tried calling the NVC to ask if there is a problem with their system?

I called and they told me to specifically use internet explorer then i tried and still doesnt work...i am now calling again and on hold for 20mins waiting to speak to someone :(

Sorry, see what they say and if they tell you the same thing, then just try again in 1 hour or so.

Alrite its officially NOT ME lol NVC payment portal is having problemsss!!! Bad news is they couldn't tell me what time it will be up and running again! :( Told me to try again tomorroww :bonk:

Sorry for saying this, but i have the very same problem! and i feel better that i am not alone :( it's soo frustrating!! i've tried all possible browsers - and nothing. let's see what we will have tomorrow!

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

When I log into the NVC payment portal, Petitioner and the entire AOS fee information is missing. But, I can see the information below the IV Bill, Beneficiary Name, DOB... Petitioner name missing - anyone encountered this situation? Thanks. (Note: Yesterday, I saw the petitioner name and the AOS fee, Not invoiced etc..... Today it is disappeared....)

That is usually a good sign and indicates that your AOS is on its way to be invoiced.

12/28/11 - I-130 Sent

12/30/11 - NOA1 Received

06/08/12 - NOA2 Received

07/02/12 - Case arrived at NVC

07/12/12 - Received case #, IIN, and BIN, gave e-mail addresses

07/13/12 - E-mailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's e-mail address

07/23/12 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID

07/24/12 - DS-3032 accepted, IV bill invoiced & PAID

07/25/12 - AOS bill appears as PAID, IV bill appears as PAID, AOS Package sent, IV Package sent

07/26/12 - AOS and IV Packages delivered to NVC

08/01/12 - AOS/I-864 accepted, Checklist Issued for DS-230

08/13/12 - Responded to Checklist

08/20/12 - IV accepted, Case Complete

09/14/12 - Interview date Assigned (Interview Date: 10/04/12)

We're having a similar problem. The invoice is there to be paid, but every time we select the $88 check box, it un-checks itself and won't allow us to proceed. Is anyone else having that problem in particular, too? Thanks!
