Got the case number, but what's next?

Hey guys, I've got the NVC first case number two days ago, and we emailed them right away to apply to join the Eletronic Processing Program( with code OPTIN but with no attaching DS-3032 form),and we only got an auto reply yesterday. Was there any step wrong? Should I email again with attaching DS-3032 form? BTW,I've the Invoice Indenification Number tonight, Can we pay once the bill is avalaible or should we wait till the DS-3032 is accepted?

You probably shouldn't have sent that optin yet as sending it early (before the AOS/DS-3032 email has been received) has caused delays with a few previous Chinese members.

I called them and asked how many days I would get reply and they said the case number just assigned 2 days ago and hasn't process yet, they need some time. I don't know what that means.

Most of the Chinese applyed to join the Eletronic Processing right away after the got the case number and they all got arranged the next day. I didn't get that luck.

Harrass your US Spouse to call NVC, train him to ask for 'AOS FEE BILL EMAILED to my EMAIL ADDRESS'.

ONCE he has that, is safe to OPT IN to nvcelectronic@state.gov email address, but

you tried to OPT IN without any DS-3032 attached in the email. Bad. Bad You. Bad ON YOU.

Train that man up, use a telephone. Then once he tells you he has the AOS FEE BILL in his email inbox, is safe to OPT IN - do so, again, properly.

How bad would that be without attching DS-3032 form? lol . Can I call by myself? Because my husband still know nothing about Electronic Processing, lol, He just doesn't get it at all. One more question, the first time I log in the payment system, I could see two bills' information,but of course they were not invoiced yet. but since last night, there was the only the IV bill information online, Is there anything wrong? XIE XIE!

by all means, pay the IV bill if it's payable, as that's the hardest one to get to show online.

re: calling by yourself - absolutely - but remember - NVC TeleOperators not know anything about Electronic Processing.

They had accepted my DS-3032 Form yesterday.And my husband had paid the AOS bill.But we don't have the 1099 form yet.and the form 4868 for extesion of the Tax was the paper that mailed by my husband,nothing from the Department of TX, I don't know if NVC will let us go through.
