Please help.

I applied for k-1 for my fiancee. I used my address of my current address back then. She got visa now she's in USA.

Now she's here, we got married and moved to a apartment, so i have a new address. When do they start checking my fiancee address? when she applies for AOS or when i apply for k-1?

Should I call USCIS to change address? we haven't send any forms for the AOS yet, like i-485, I-131, i-765 and all the mail I got was related to k-1 visa application.

You are required to file a change of address for your spouse using the on-line AR-11 within 10 days of the move. Also, once yo file the I-864 the USC sponsor must file a change of address using the I-865 form until the sponsored person fullfill the requirements of the I-864 and it is no longer relavent. Then file the AOS using the new address. Keep a print out of the confirmation page just to show you did file the AR-11. Since you are doing AOS, all mail will be sent to the address on the forms, but filing a change of address is specifically one of those rules that is mentioned by the USCIS.

Good luck,

Dave

Here is the link about USCIS Change of address policy.

Technically you aren't required to change your address until after AOS because there's a notation on the I-485 about you promising to keep your address up-to-date. If you're planning on filing AOS soon then do it then by simply writing the new address on the forms. If you're not able to file for a while, to be safe I would do it online anyway. Nothing is hurt by doing so.
