Hi everyone! I'm trying to fill out form I-134 as early as now. My question is the part of "intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3." I saw on the guide to leave it blank. But i saw on someone here that says, check intend. Anyone who had been done with this especially at Manila Embassy??? Thanks!

****** Whatever comments i post are based only on what I've done or experienced during this journey. ******

And we should be here to help each other.

Peace out! =)

I and some others agree that you could simply check "intend" and then, write what is stated on the example form: N/A (K-1 visa process for permanent residence). It makes more since to me this way as nothing would be written there if "intend" wasn't checked. This form is used for different types of visas that require sponsors, and this question does not bare much weight in terms of the K-1. It is assumed that you will be getting married and supporting one another indefinitely. The question is in regard to a specific contribution/s. Technically, yes, you do "intend" and yes, N/A because you will be future spouses supporting each other with whatever it takes rather than just a sponsor making specific contributions toward an immigrant's stay here.

You can simply check intend, and write in to pay visa fee, airfare, and to live in my home in the USA.

Thanks!
