If your new spousa a US citizen? if they are a greencard holder, you cannot AOS until your priority date is current, some 3 years down the line after filing.

Penguin_ie asked you a very important question: is your spouse a US citizen? From what I understand you overstayed a B2 visa and you will not be able to adjust status in the USA if your spouse is not a citizen. In case she's a citizen, just go ahead and do a concurrent AOS filing through the Chicago Lockbox. Follow this guide concurrent filing

Day_01 05/05 AOS Package delivered (I-130,I-485,I-765).

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.

Day_86 07/30 Received GC and EAD

You need to be honest about your employment because you will be denied and deported if you lie and are found out. You also need to pay taxes. Really, you need to stop working- you arent legal to work.

But te question you haven't answered - are you married to a permanent resident or citizen? Because if it's a permanent resident you aren't eligible to file the I-485 at all and working illegally isn't forgiven.

Not sure about the visa number. I'm sure someone else will know.
