Tomorrow we will send in our packet for our K1 to AOS and I was wondering if any of you got any RFEs and could tell us what they were for so we could look again for those. I think as Petioner I only sign one time in the whole process (on the bottom of I 864) Any pointers at all will be appreciated as we have gone over this with a fine tooth comb but I know we are missing something!!! Thanks all

For the I-864, if you aren't sending a IRS tax transcipt but are sending copies of 1040s, be sure to include copies of your W2's and any 1099s you might have.

If you're filing I-765 for EAD, I suggest you go ahead and include a copy of the I-94. The instructions say it isn't required if you are also filing a I-485, AOS but we included one. I just didn't trust USCIS since I knew the I-765 and I-485 were going to be processed in separate offices. Do you have a copy of the passport bio page for the I-765 - I almost missed that due to not reading the entire paragraph on the instructions.

Best of luck..
