Do I need an Inextensa Birth and Marriage Certificate ? or a regular original one? to send with the IV Packet

I got an inextensa birth and marriage when I sent my i130 and apostillada also.. That is what I sent in. Didn't you provide this with your i130 petition?

No, when I sent the regular ones not inextensa. My question comes because I had seen in people comments that I need an inextensa certified

i didnt send a inextensa birth certificate for my husband and stepdaughter but it was legalized in DR.. my marriage certificate was inextensa, and uscis and the national visa center accepted them with no problem, good luck

Hey Eric & Nati,

To my knowledge our SO need the inextensa acata de nacimento legalizada AND inextensa MC . The resaon is because the inextensa are more detail and also is the onces that are used when traveling, well for taking out a passport in SDQ they required the inextensa acata de nacimento and you can asked them to legalize it for you its like 300 peso, I believe.
