Hello to all!

I have been away in Morocco to see my love and the trip preparation was so hectic that I had no chance to read and post and share...I had great time in Morocco as always but now once again back to the life on a screen...I am getting so frustrated...you spend 10 glorious days every 3 months and then...well...I have a questions for thoes who went thru Casablanca...as for the affidavit of support: do they require I-134 or the other one...another thing how long do you got a wait for the package no 3 from Casablanca to be mailed to our loved one...what is the waiting time...any responses are appreciated...thank you all

You just need the I-134, they didn't even ask to see ours but definetely have it. After our package got sent to Casa it took about 6 weeks for him to actually get it. I called my senator after a month and then things sped up. Hope it helps!

You are with Vermont center - take a look at my timeline....I filed june 15th and by july 25 my husband had his packet 2. use the I-134 form for now, later when your man is here and you have married, you'll file AOS and that's where you use the other form (I-864).

As the others have said, it is the I-134. However, Casa requires 3 years of tax returns instead of only 1, which is different from some of the other consulates.

Thank you all for your responses...everytime I get back to VJ my heart fills with hope for a positive outcome...I know that it is a difficult and lenghty process but I know that love will ultimatly triumph over all ...I am prepared to fight for my man but there are moments of frustration and I know that this site is great support so thanks again to all

what about K-3 visa? does the Consular in Casablanca require only the I-134 in this process?? or an other one??
