help with expedite experience???

Hello, my case is completed at the NVC on 7-17-12- although it should have been in june if not their error- I was told by NVC that we missed August and in line for September or October- so I wrote to expedite the interview and Moscow granted the expedite.)(medical American daughter 1 year old travelling with us) NVC informed me that yesterday:)))) Now what???? Will I hear from Moscow?? Will they dictate when the interview will be?? my wife called and they let her schedule it,(august 13) but they havent rec'd documents or show the fee paid- but the fee was paid already- is there a fee to expedite???? did the visa section make a mistake by letting her schedule it?? is an expedite based on there terms??? she doesnt live in Moscow and needs a good warning to get there and have the medical examination done. Anybody who has had experience please help
