6 weeks together is wonderful :star: , I am hoping you have photos of your trip compiled, kept your boarding passes from the airlines and any other proofs that you were/traveled/did things together on your visit.

This advice comes from a person that did not have your opportunity of knowing of VJ before the K1 interview/CASA and is still awaiting to live with her husband. READ UP!!!

It means they have approved your K1 visa petition and you need to wait until your service center send your case to NVC, then NVC will assign a case numbers before they forward your approved petition to the embassy where your fiance lives. Your NOA1 is april, it is amazing that CSC has reached to work on april's now.

Sure hope they haven't skipped over my February paperwork :huh: Still waiting for my NOA2... lol

HELLO FELLOW VJ-ers....

I received this notice from USCIS today and want to be elated...is this what is referred to as NOA2?

I am so confused!!!

Are we now awaiting interview date? Instructions for doctor's visit and police, etc.? I am LOST!

Any insight will be appreciated...I am just too nervous and suspect to jump for joy just yet!

Post Decision Activity

On July 18, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Congrats!! I know our petitions are from different service centers, but mine took a week to get to NVC (received on Tuesday of this week). I guess my thought process is that our petitions are from the same country so maybe, just maybe, you'll have a similar experience... sending hopeful thoughts your way!
