So my husband and I are ready to finish the visa process. FYI Im an american and he is a mexican. My husband lives in mexico. Our I-130 was approved feb 2012. Unfortunately we made some mistakes he attempted to EWI in April 2011 before we got married in Mexico in June 2011. We did a foia request and learned from ICE it was counted as a voluntary return. Now we are wondering how this affects our case when we get to the interview.
