How to tell if Birth Certificate is NSO Certified

When we started our I-129F paperwork I had my fiancee obtain multiple copies of her Birth Certificate, she said it was obtained from the NSO, I wasn't aware there was a "Certified Copy"... What's the difference does it come with an embossed seal like those of a certified USC Birth Certificate? I sent one of the copies with the I-129f that she obtained back in January 2012. Will these current copies suffice? Or do I need to obtain yet additional copies of Birth Certificates? Does it need to be on a certain type of security paper, if so what makes it "secure"?

Not sure if this matters but the copies im viewing say something along the lines of a 22 Character Length Code with random numbers and letters in box, with the words "Best Possible Image" and a barcode on the Lower Left Corner, while on the Lower Right corner There is the signature/stamp, with printed name underneath and "Administrator and Civil Registrar General" underneath the printed name. They are printed on color paper with yellow background and there seems to be the image of a Blue Circular Stamp saying National Statics Office on the top Left Corner... If anybody could show me samples of difference between them would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in Advance:)

Yep, those are NSO. For instance, we have my fiancés orriginal too, it's printed on very thin green paper, clearly the original typed on there. The NSO ones show the microfiche scan of it, but are on yellow paper with the description you made. Those sound like the right ones!
