When your case is at the NVC, you have to call them to track your case. Their is an automated line that will give you the staus of your case when you enter the case number, otherwise you can call them and speak to an operator..

With it being a K-1 u will have to talk to the operator there. My K-3 did not show up as received. So, I called back to talk to the operator and she told me thats because it is non-immigrant. But, she told me they did get it and when it was sent to the consulate. Best of luck with ur visa journey.
