Help needed please

I am filling a I-130 for my parents. One for my Dad and one for my Mom

I’m (petitioner) live in US,and my Mom, Dad and my sister live in INDIA

On I-130 “C. Information about your relative “what should I put on my Dad I-130

And what should I put on my Mom I-130.

And on Part D Other information: “If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, gives names of each and relationship.

How I suppose to write this for my Mom I-130 and my Dad I-130

Any help greatly appreciated J

I recieved the email confirming that they have received my DS-3032 email! Wooohoooo, but i noticed i received my dad's confirmation on Friday the 26th and my mom's today. I also recieved another email for my dad to pay $230 dollars for IV application processing fee. I have not received that email for my mom yet, i'm still waiting. I sent these apps out the same time in the same envelope so i wonder why there is a slight delay, maybe they are handled by different people. Should i give them a call and ask?

Nikunj,

  • On Part C (Information about your relative):
  1. For your father's I-130, you will include your mom, your brothers & sisters.
  2. For your Mother's I-130, you will include your father, your brothers & sisters
  • On Part D: You are correct.

Hope this helps!

does it realy needs 2 originals of marriage cert.? one is not ok? my mom's marriage cert. has a one letter wrong spelling on her name. What should I do?

It's been almost 2 months since we filed for my mom and we received a letter that it's been in process but her receipt number cannot be found at the USCIS website. Is it normal? Thanks.

I just paid the $230 dollar fee for both of my parents, when can i send it the DS-230 packet? What do you include in that packet? Please advise, i'm trying to be proactive and do things ahead of time.

Thanks in advance.

Angkorthom,

You can send your DS-230 (IV) packet right after the payment if you have all the required civil documents in place. Print the IV document cover (this cover does have the address where to send the packet) from the Invoice Payment Center and include it in the DS-230 packet. Remember!!!..do not use the AOS Document cover since it does have a different address.

jc, I'm printing the cover sheet and it looks almost identical to the AOS cover sheet same address too. The only difference is one says submit application for immigrant visa and alien registration with supporting civil documents and the other says affidavit of support. Same address...........
