Hey.

My sponsor was already a sponsor of a few peopls in his past.the problem is that he dont remember all of them.

what should i write on the part they ask for the information about this peopls?

He needs to look through his records and figure out exactly how many people he sponsored that have not worked 40 credit hours, given up their green cards, or become citizens. No way around that, sorry. I suppose he could call USCIS and see if they have a record.

11.01.2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in @ 9:45 AM; EAD card sent for production text/email @ 2:47 PM! I-485 case status now available online.

my sponsor dont remember how many times he is been sponsor alredy and the names of the immigranets.

what should i do in this kind of situation?

Your sponsor should find a way of figuring out how many immigrants he has sponsored previously.. It seems a bit odd to me that he wouldn't remember. Signing an affidavit of support for an immigrant is not just some non-consequential little thing one does on any given day - it can carry significant financial consequences for the sponsor. Does he not have any paperwork of immigrants he has sponsored? Your post almost makes it seem like he is in the habit of sponsoring immigrants to come to the US on a regular basis. He could try to call USCIS to find out I guess, or make an Infopass appointment.

In any case, he has to know who he has sponsored - or at least how many people. That will determine the income he has to make to qualify as our sponsor.

Didn't you already ask this? Or was that someone else with the same question?

He has to find out or he can't sponsor. Look through his documents or schedule an Infopass and see if they can help. I can't imagine how many people he has sponsored to not be able to remember? Or does he have dementia or something?

Surely he knew these people and wasn't sponsoring strangers so he should contact them all and find out if they are USCs or have worked 40 quarters or surrendered their green cards, otherwise he should count them. It doesn't matter the circumstances nor how many times you post, the answer is the same. He either figures it out or you find a new sponsor.
