What i did was fill it out myself here in the US and scanned my husband the only page he had to sign then, I had him mail me the certificates, the passport photos, and the ds-230 page 2 altogether. Hope this helps.

If you are doing this process yourself without the help of an atty. She doesn't have to fill out any form herself, being that one the forms are in english, and she may not understand them, Since most of the form, are available to download for free, what you can do is Filling out the forms for her yourself, and the forms that will require her signature for the next process attach it to an email, and have her print it and mail it to you.

Some of the forms you will need from here will be

DS-3032 (Choice of agent and address and though I've heard a signature is not required if you are planing on emailing it to NVC once you hit that stage)

DS-230 (immigration visa and alien reregistration) Have HER sign PART1 BUT DO NOT have her SIGN PART2(As this part she will sign on the day of the interview)

While you wait on your NOA2 try to have her gather certain doc, you may need for the next step which will be

acta inextensa de nacimiento (original)

Marriage Certificate (original)

copy of biographical page of her passport (if she has one if not she needs to get one)

Reporte de buena conducta (I'm not too sure how long it's valid for; but this is something she can request for upon of you receiving your NOA2 while you the AOS AND IV fee, cause i believe you will need all the above mention for NVC stage and all has to be original)

This are somethings you should look into having her get if she has not yet done so...

DS-230 (immigration visa and alien reregistration) Have HER sign PART1 BUT DO NOT have her SIGN PART2(As this part she will sign on the day of the interview) Please keep in mind this form is a PDF form which DOES NOT allow you to save your information you input on it so you will have to print it immediately you can just send he just that one pg of the DS230 PT one where she would need to sign.

While you wait on your NOA2 try to have her gather certain document that you may need for the next step unless you already done so.
