Documents to bring for the AOS interview

Hello!

I received my AOS interview letter and wow, the list of items that we "MUST" bring is a little scary. Mostly because it's items already submitted in the package so I don't get it, but oh well...

The one what worries me the most is:

- A completed medical examination (Form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted)".

My K-1 medical was done last March in Paris, so as explained in the I-485 USCIS instructions, I only submitted a copy of my vaccination record in the AOS package (all my vaccines were done). I know that was the right thing to do, and as I didn't receive a RFE, I guess my medical docs were properly forwarded at the POE.

But still, the "must bring" and the "failure to bring the listed items will result in the denial of your application" has a bad effect on me. :P

Anyone in the same case, who only brought a copy of the vaccination record (they got at their K-1 medical) for their AOS interview and had no problem? I think I need to feel reassured here. :)

Thank you!

It is just a routine general letter that everyone receives. If your vaccinations were complete, then I do not think you need to worry.

Thank you for your reply Jay-Kay. I feel a little better.

If other people in the same case would confirm, I would feel even more better. :P

Heh, I can understand that. :)

I know I have seen people state they were just fine at the interview after only sending in a copy of their DS-3025, but finding those posts could be time consuming. Hopefully someone comes along to this post to ease your mind.

Exactly. I've tried to find my answer before posting but couldn't find much... I'll look to find people who only sent the DS-3025 and had their interview already, and PM them.
