Hi everyone:

I am really stressed out with the waiting and want to aply for exoedited action . Are there any good reasons to advance? Any one done it and succeeded? Its not financial, or US Goverment interest, its not illness etc. Its just that the wait is giving me emotional stress. Can i say i am emotionally distressed as reason for expedited action? I REALLY LOVE my sweet heart and the wait is eating me up.

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

do you really think we are all here waiting because we "want" to wait??

Once you get to 6 months you can contact your local representative or senator to see if they can speed things up. Have you tried raising a service request with the call center?

It is not exact, and no, USCIS does not always process cases in order of receiving dates, unfortunately. Don't get your hopes up about three more days. Hopefully you hear some good news soon, but nobody here can tell you when it will be.

I figure it's not worth it's own topic, and it's the same subject anyways: if you do have a good reason to request expedition, where and how do you file when you HAVEN'T filed your I-129F yet? Is it possible to file the request to have it expedited together with your I-129F?

Do you just add a letter with evidence to the front of the application requesting it be expedited?

I couldn't get an obvious answer from THIS page.

The initial enabling act, the INA of 1952 was legislation. The stuff that we are dealing with are regulations promulgated as a consequence of the INA of 1952.

Still no diffrence between the two. The results is the same. Its legislating love. In my country there is a saying " putting the rope over the goats head or the goat's head over the rope ends in the same result of the goat having a rope around its neck". too many forms. the forms shold be condensed into one or two. each form requires your name date of birth address etc. eliminate the duplicates and have just one form accessible by bothe USCIS, NVC and the embassies. We have the gretaest computer genuises. Am sure Bill gates can help develop a simple software to make the form accessible to all the three offices. Its called networking
