Upgrade my Petition From F2A to IR at NVC

Hi everybody,

I became a U.S citizen and I contact the NVC by email (encl. my citizen ship certificate and NOA) to update my case (for my wife and son) F2A which approved and completed by NVC I sent the email on July 13 2012 but I didn`t got answer. How long It take to answer me about the update my petition? - should i call them to make sure that they receive that E-Mail? if they answer me the answer will be the interview time or else ?

I really appreciate if any one answer me.
