how long does it take to receive the decision for k1 petition from the moment you

submit in the evidence?

This is an estimated date, taken from your time line:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between July 23, 2012 and July 28, 2012* (RFEs at the California Service Center typically add an extra 25 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

I doubt that anyone enjoys receiving them. However, it does mean that your petition is in the active adjudication process. That in itself seems to be a minor feat, considering the current glacial pace of activity at the K-1 service centers.

YMMV

it depend what your rfe....if they need time to review those paper you submitted the maximum wait time is 60 days...that what it stated after your submit and they change your status online (uscis website) to "request for evidence response review".

base on some other people here if it is just a simple rfe such like signature/forget to check No for criminal background...seems like it ONLY take few days (3-10). but for those rfe requesting for more proof of ongoing relationship/divorce degree and etc....seems like it takes forever for them to get their noa2...lol i got an rfe too....just simple rfe will see how long it will take them to approved my case....my status on uscis web now is "rfe response review" since yesterday.....i hope you don't mind what's your rfe???? good luck
