What is an OF-169 form??

Hello friends, I am slowly understanding this entire process as I am getting my I-130 packet ready to ship. The step-by-step guide is really helpful, but it mentions a OF-169 form that I don't find on the USCIS website. What is that form for?? and where do I find it??

The following is from the step-by-step guide here on VisaJourney that explains how to apply for a CR1 visa for your spouse.

A few weeks after you have received your last Notice of Action indicating the approval and forwarding of your I-130 application to the NVC, the NVC will send your relative a packet of forms that you and your relative must fill out before your relative can be given an interview date with a consulate abroad. The packet will likely contain an Of-169 form, and an Of-230 part one and two forms that must be filled out by the intending immigrant. An I-864 form is also included that must be filled out by the petitioner (living in the US). The I-864 is the Affidavit of Support form that requires copies of the petitioners past 3 U.S tax returns (or tax transcripts which are free from the IRS) as well as any bank or financial records available (see the I-864 for exact requirements based on your case). The petitioner must make at least 125% above the U.S federal poverty to indicate to the U.S government that the intending immigrant will not become a federal charge to the government when he/she arrives in the U.S..

Thanks, Darnell! I have read the EZ guide. On this website (click the tab that says "Guides" at the top of this page), there is another guide that gives more details. This is where it mentions a OF-169 form. Do you know what it is??

the of- 169 is no longer in use there is a new one ds-2001 its a form you file that your ready for the interview like a check list of all your documents an other papers, your telling that you have every thing all papers and documents you are now ready for the interview.

Thanks, JKelly! I have found a few different guides and flow charts. I think that one that mentions an OF-169 is very old and should be taken off the site or kindly updated. It can be very confusing for a newbie to read old and/or conflicting information!
