At a minimum, he won the Presidential election in 2008. And thus far, I haven't heard of any efforts on Obama's part to get Romney off the ballot. It's Romney's side - the birther faction - that has been trying to do this to Obama.

Probably the first true legit election for him to win, yes. Though the reasons why he won are a little more interesting and had a lot more to do with the reasons the left likes to use as an excuse to why people are against him.

The "birther" thing can be considered Karma though if you're Obama for his previous elections.
